For Christmas I bought her a couple pair of Darn Tough socks, based on some here. She loves them. Warm when you want, never hot, feel good. She got more for Mothers Day. PS. She has no idea what they cost. And we need to keep it that way. PPS. I don't have any. No way I would pay $20+/pair. Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

Wally world ( god forbid) Under 10 bucks for 3 pr. Also make em in a wool blend IIRC for a buck more. Socks that stay up even when wet are a must. Dont believe me.
