I have one of these, and it makes 3-shot cloverleafs at 200 yards without much effort. Three shots once went into .276" with Hornady Vmax bullets.
If you're on the fence, buy this rifle.

Cznut: Let ME sell this Rifle for you! Several years ago I bought, from an estate, a MINT condition Sako heavy barrel single shot Rifle in caliber 6m/m PPC. I was very hesitant to buy the Rifle back then, mostly because of the "daintiness" of the Sako action! I just could not imagine it attaining excellent accuracy as small as the action was. I could not have been more wrong in my speculation! The word was the deceased had bought the Rifle mounted a Leupold 24 power scope on it an fell ill before shooting could commence. The estate lingered for years then it was sold to me. My first trip to the range with the Rifle using Sako unfired brass handloads, produced two groups (5 shots at 100 yards) measuring .443" and .389". Very good I said to myself and off I went home with some fireformed brass and ideas abounding in my head to better the accuracy. The next trip yielded two groups (5 shots at 100 yards) with fireformed brass measuring .226" (68 grain Euber bullets) and .212" (70 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips!)! That latter group is my go to Varminting load - and that IS superb accuracy with a "Varmint bullet"! If I was younger I would buy this Rifle as well - the trigger on mine is excellent and the stock fits me to a "T" at the range and in the Colony Varmint fields. I use VV N-133 powder in my handloads. Good luck in your sale and BTT. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
