My wife and I were in NYC last year as she needed specialist surgery only available there. We marveled at the fancy and expensive Hudson Yards condos going up on the west side and also wondered who had enough money to buy them. I bet the prices have come down a bit since then!
Local NJ and Connecticut real estate sales are booming as wealthy New Yorkers desert the city. I hope all those ever-so-smart liberals are happy now. I bet not a few will vote for Trump in the fall and not tell their friends.
The City will never rebound from this. It will take some time, but it will come around. People are slow learners.

As of last November, even Trump officially left NY city, when he filed papers to become an official Florida resident. Upon which Gov. Cuomo issued this statement : " Good riddance. It's not like Mr. Trump paid taxes here anyway. He's all yours, Florida."
