Not around here. $50 is the going price for a quality restoration.

What would Northern Dave charge for one?

Seen them go for 60-70k$ on Mecum Auctions . Those were modified, pumped up versions.

50-60k$ for restored to original.

I'm so tired of EVERYTHING having 4 doors.

I was at a Ford lot not long ago, there wasn't a single truck on the lot that didn't have 4 doors. [bleep] that.

Hardly ever see a two door model truck in our area unless it’s an old one. Most of those seem to be Toyota trucks.

I don't want the short bed on 4 door trucks, so opt for the longer bed. With the bed and 4 doors the [bleep] truck is as long as school bus.

Wisdom, right there.

And it's not just new models, even model year changes bring more problems
than mature lines.

Ever read the reviews of new models?
Old one was, "dated" needed "upgraded".

7-8 years later, look for cars rated well for reliability.
People will be searching for the last couple years of the "dated" model.
It will then be desired because of reliability.

The vehicle is too small for a v8. If I’m not mistaken from what I read it’s basically the new ranger size. The small ecoboost makes sense in this, and is probably more than enough power. That little ecoboost will smoke the old v8 they put in them.

The 3.5 ecoboost would have been even better though

I think they look pretty good honestly. Beats the hell out of what Toyota did when they brought back the fj. If they ever come back out with a FJ that actually looks like the originals more and was truly off-road tough I would buy one instantly

If this Bronco would fit all 3 of my kids I would get the wife one. Doubt it will though. Like renegade said, I would wait a few years and let them work the bugs out first Always smart

Toot,

I thought the uncut originals always brought more? Especially since so few remain without the rear arches cut?

Anyway seeing how Daimler has really de-jeeped the jeep, it is nice to see the removable doors and top..
If only the windshield folded down....

Lady friend started gushing about them on the phone yesterday.

Yeah, like you really need this in south FL.

Lol.

I lease a new F150 every two years, previous four trucks have had the 3.5 EcoBoost, newest has the 2.7 engine. No difference that I can tell between the engines and it seems like the 2.7 is a little quicker. Admittedly the 3.5 can tow a lot more, but I don’t tow heavy loads. I’ve had two or three F150’s with the 5.0 over the years (still have a ‘93 Mustang LX with the 5.0), but I much prefer the EcoBoost engines.

I like it. Tow rating is dismal though. Not looking to haul a house but 3500 ain't much boat either. Hell, the wife's Honda is rated to 5k.

Id go 2 door even if the 4 door is more practical with kids.

I tow 7500# with 2.7 EB and it just does fine all the way up to interstate speeds. It amazes me that it can do it, but it does. Anything heavier, however, and I'd want the 3.5

I sold my 1962 Scout to buy a 1969 Bronco with almost 3000 miles on it. I bought the first new 1978 Bronco I saw . It had the big motor. Man did that thing drink the gas. This new Bronco looks like it will work fine off road. Unfortunately it doesn’t have enough room to carry my pill case. Hasbeen

Not sure about the kool-aid. She doesn't get any from me. Lol.

She is prominent in the Spanish community, though. So, there is that.
