Can't believe that many of you don't drink coffee.
I drink 2- 16 oz cups every morning. Then water or Gatorade all day when it's hot. Bud light from 5:30-7:30, bourbon from 8:00-11:00. I like consistency.

Always keep a NOS energy drink in the fridge for those rare times we’re out of coffee. Slam it and good to go. Nothing sucks worse than driving to the store for coffee early morning while you’re half asleep. There is this thing called the internet. You can order coffee on it. You can get a subscription so you NEVER run out! Right there in your mail box when you need it. Or Mr Brown Uniform drops it off for you. I hate running out of coffee. I like tea too...............but having to drink it is like wearing a mask.

Stopped all caffeine a few years ago. Had about two weeks of withdrawals. Felt like crap, the entire time. Body aches, headaches, loss of energy, etc. Thought I was sick. Oh, so it feels like being a lifelong landscaper.

I just recently had to stop drinking coffee after a 20 year routine of two cups in the morning . I guess caffeine is just as addictive a any drug .

Hell, for about the last 10 years I haven't been able to sleep past 6am anyway.

When I fast for a blood draw, I'm fine. I take a bottle of coffee to have a cup as soon as I can.

Bed at 2 am up four or five times before 7.
Fun.
No caffeine after 8 pm
I normally have a MD Quickstart about 2 hrs after im up.

Gatorade kills my stomach
I have the 80 calorie MDQS and maybe a 20 oz pop later in the day. All else is H20.
Work in a pretty warm environment

I drink coffee all day----from the time I Get up around 5:30-6:00 am to around 8pm. I have get up to pee too many times if I drink it any later.
I have been told it is a Scandinavian thing. I am half Swede and half Norwegian ---maybe there is something to it!

is getting harder all the time! Almost wish I'd started drinking coffee in my youth. Can't stand the smell of it, but dang, I'm getting too old for this!  Coffee drinkers have 30% less incidence of diabetes. Nothing reduces the risk of heart disease as well as coffee. Biggest study showed that men who drank 4-6 cups/day has 49% less risk. Women, 26% less risk.
