Have any of you been watching that show.
Last 100 days in the Artic, win a million dollars.

So far some go out on injury, some to infection or stomach virus, but the #1 failure seems to be the failure to trap small game consistently and catch fish consistently. I like the show, these people give it a good effort, going weeks on nothing but berries and squirrel meat.

There are no camera crews. Contenders are responsible for filming their own activities.

I watched season 6 and found it surprisingly good.

I thought everybody did a decent job of trapping given what they had to work with.

Seems the biggest factors were what has been taught to people for years. Maintain a positive attitude, don't get lackadaisical, and pray for a little bit of luck.

You don't have to make it 100 days, you just have to outlast the other contestants. Winning pot is $500K.

So they started with 10 camera crews following those folks around. Had no idea it was such a high budget show, and if so, it should be on a serious network. Their crews appear to put out amateur grade material.

I'm amazed at the abilities of some contestants as well as the lack of abilities and thought by others. Do find it quite interesting.
