Incredible how some of these big city democrat mayors can chit all over people with impunity. Mayor Lightfoot in Chicago is just as big a P.O.S. as DeBlasio is in NY City. Sadly enough the Italian American community in Chicago better become accustomed to being chit on by elite leftists. They're white, they're hard working, tax paying American citizens. That means they get the shaft from the new commie leftist politicians. We are experiencing a communist / socialist revolution and it's basically Donald Trumps fault for getting elected when Hillary was next in line to fundamentally transform America.

Columbus Day used to be a great three day weekend during hunting season. Now it's indigenous people day and you don't get time off. It's a terrible trade. That and Veteran's Day on which all the government workers get the day off and the Vet's in private industry have to work.

May as well take down all the statues and eliminate all holidays. Can't discriminate against any group but Europeans apparently.
