Best stake I have cooked in a long while. That Weber gas grill and my Kettle just wont get hot enough. That flat top gave up a good sear. I am MAGA.

I love a smoking hot griddle, but surprised your kettle won’t get hot enough to sear. I piled up some briquettes and mesquite lump together the other day and holy fugk......it hurt to pull the steaks off to the side. I needed 3 foot tongs! Have been trying to do the reverse sear thing on the kettle lately. Always over cook em trying to get a hard sear. I am MAGA.
