Rom 8:29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Jesus said that only those who are called by God will be in heaven. This passage from Romans explains it further. God FOREKNOWS who will answer his call and they are the ones who get that call. He doesn't call those who he foreknows won't respond. It's not predestination. We have the choice. It's just that God knows in advance what our choice will be.
This guy didn't get the call and now he's thrown away any chance of changing his mind.

and the unbeliever in the negative

if the opposite is true , then the unbeliever would be the believer, because the negative or lack of would the case in point or the believer.

I don’t know about that. I’ve never hated God. I’ve disrespected Him plenty, just as I disrespected my earthly father plenty. Never hated him either. There has never been a time in my life where, in my state of being, I hated God. Even when I had nothin’ to do with Him...for most of my life...I never hated Him.

I totally disagree. It's in our nature to love God. He made us and he sure didn't make us to hate him. The problem is that men allow Satan to control them. They listen to him and he guides them away from the Lord.
That said, ALL men are sinners. While we were created in God's image, we've all succumbed to Satan's influence from birth.

That's why I said that "Only God can give us another nature".

Outside of God we are against Him. We naturally rebel against Him and His ways until the Holy Spirit changes us.

You and I disagree about predestination (and that's ok) and much of this is the cause of our different views.

I liken predestination to Lazarus laying in the tomb, dead for 3 days. There was not one thing he could do to save himself. He was dead, rotting and helpless until Christ called him (CALLED) out of the tomb. He couldn't call out to save himself as he was dead. There was nothing he could do.

This story is much like the condition of our human soul and the entire human race. We are dead (in sins), helpless and without any way of our own to save ourselves until God CALLS us into His saving grace. He gets all the glory for our salvation as where it belongs. We get nothing as is right. That's why it's called grace.

Just as this country was until the 11th hour when HE stepped in and sat Trump in.

Good, we now know he's spent his career lying to people about his beliefs. I like it when liars tell us who they are. I'd bet when he goes room temperature, he will find out how wrong he is. God doesn't like charlatans.
