Tonight my youngest daughter Quinn and I made ‘Tantanmen’ Ramen. It is truly a wonderful blend of deep flavours and textures, that just soothe your soul. Spicy, a little salty, tangy, crispy, creamy, and earthy (umami).

Salmon Sliders

BBQ salmon, roll sized pieces thin , Red Cabagge chopped to a slaw, Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Sauce mixture of equal parts, Cream Cheese, Sweet Chili Sauce, Tartar Sauce.

Spatchcocked chicken on the Kamado (too easy, I need a challenge), with scratch Caesar, eggplant Parmesan, new potatoes, fresh corn and tomatoes from the garden.

Dessert will be a fruit flambé.

Snake River Farms 1/4" sliced New York is marinating in fajita "juice". They package 6 slices per pack. They make excellent Philly cheesesteak sandwiches too. Pico de gallo of tomato, red onion, jalapeno, yellow chili pepper, poblano, tomato, garlic and Fiesta Pinto Bean seasoning. Tomorrow's dinner.
