Tonight my youngest daughter Quinn and I made ‘Tantanmen’ Ramen. It is truly a wonderful blend of deep flavours and textures, that just soothe your soul. Spicy, a little salty, tangy, crispy, creamy, and earthy (umami).
BBQ salmon, roll sized pieces thin , Red Cabagge chopped to a slaw, Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Sauce mixture of equal parts, Cream Cheese, Sweet Chili Sauce, Tartar Sauce.

Alaska 7 months of winter then 5 months of tourists
Grilling burgers tonight with sauteed mushrooms and a salad of tomato, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olive oil, EVOO, salt and pepper (last night's leftover).
Spatchcocked chicken on the Kamado (too easy, I need a challenge), with scratch Caesar, eggplant Parmesan, new potatoes, fresh corn and tomatoes from the garden.
Snake River Farms 1/4" sliced New York is marinating in fajita "juice". They package 6 slices per pack. They make excellent Philly cheesesteak sandwiches too. Pico de gallo of tomato, red onion, jalapeno, yellow chili pepper, poblano, tomato, garlic and Fiesta Pinto Bean seasoning. Tomorrow's dinner.
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

That's what I get for reading cooking magazines and their "simple" weekday recipes. I think I'll just wing it next time like I usually do. Turned out well though.
If something on the internet makes you angry the odds are you're being manipulated
It's not really a recipe honestly. I hard sear thighs about half cooked. Remove and then dice or shred. Then Wife does her thing which includes bone or chicken broth, tons of Herdez, cumin, Chile powder and other stuff. Use same pan so drippings are in there too. Maybe oregano too. We like oregano. Low simmer for a bit. Eat when you want. She made herself tostada's with it, I just ate it like you see.
Topping I just make myself.
Glad you enjoy the arroz con Pollo.
Arroz con Pollo ? And that would be on what page of the cook book ?

We add salt at the end on our plates.
