Certainly not Cliensmith, he was never indicted as he was never put in front of a Grand Jury. Simply stated, an indictment is a formal accusation against someone who is suspected of committing a serious crime, filed after the conclusion of a grand jury investigation. Cliensmith came to the DOJ, they did not impanel a Grand Jury and he was never indicted. Cliensmith plead guilty to a Criminal Complaint, he was never indicted.
