Disregard all talk of Pelosi becoming President via delayed election results & line of succession. Framers of Constitution protected us from that.


Much respect to the genius of our founders. They demanded a Congressional plan be put in place in the event election results are severely delayed...and it's not what the scheming Democrats want. Our founders warned about political parties inventing some way to delay a presidential election. Stated a political party may invent a delay - maybe even permanently - to create a non-violent coup in order for the political party to take over the elected office of POTUS under a temporary excuse & then carry on the delay forever. (Covid masks ad nauseam, anyone?)

There's both a constitutional and a legal check & balance to prevent this from happening. By law, Congress had to - and did - create a process to prevent an indefinite delay.

By law, there's a deadline for states to submit their votes. ALL states MUST submit electoral college results by the 1st Wednesday after the 1st Monday in December - which means the deadline in 2020 is December 9. If they fail to do so, all that state's electoral votes do not count. President of the Senate will send a demand letter to the state(s) if their votes are not in.

The precedent already exists. At least 7 times in the history of America we have NOT counted state electoral votes because they did not come in on time or they were submitted in an unqualified manner.

The only way this can be changed is a vote by the House AND the Senate. Senate Republicans MUST hold strong on this and not cave into the pressure the media will apply to change this deadline.

It was established to prevent one (or more) large states from hijacking the entire process.

I should add that he must be upset since their has been "NO" leaks from Huber, Horowitz, or Barr. So that statement he made on Fake Fox News was worthless. Hahahahahaha
