FOR SALE , a KNIGHT Extreme 45 cal. muzzle ;loader , uses 209 primers with red primer jackets not the older orange disc style , 26" fluted barrel , blued , black stock with raised cheek piece , Talley high quality bases and rings . Excellent condition , used very little , shoots Hornady 200gr. SSTs very well . Pics will become available for text and e-mail . $425.00 shipped

serial number? Do you know twist rate on barrel for sure?

trying to find out. (disregard) found it may be a 1:20 twist with that low serial number supposedly below serial 2297 in blued versions are 1:20.
Did some more research and found that Disc Extremes we never made in 1:20 twist so your gun has to be 1:30

Pics will become available for text and e-mail . $425.00 shipped The rifle you are describing is an Original DISC - actually a Super DISC. The fluted barrel and the raised cheek kinda give it away. This note from Knight Serial number change for the .45 twist rate was anything prior to #2291 on mild steel (blued) and #5043 on stainless were 1:20 twist. Hope this helps.
