Should i get two or more of them, or should i save room in the freeze in case I get a deer, even in spite of my woefully poor deer hunting skills...? that is the question

I tend to buy my shoulders and picnics too large. They can have a hell of a "boar" smell to them. 8.5's should be great. I am MAGA.

Some claim that it's OK for most cooking methods, but not smoking. Not sure that I've noticed a diff.

No problems that I can detect. Maybe I should go to a real butcher and see how it compares, except there hasn’t been one around in a very long time.
