Never walk by actual meat to pursue theoretical meat. Yes. If do do kill a deer, just grind them piggy front shoulders into sausage. Win/win!

Those are a good size.
I tend to buy my shoulders and picnics too large.
They can have a hell of a "boar" smell to them.
8.5's should be great.

Never walk by actual meat to pursue theoretical meat. Mutatis mutandis and you have the reason why some guys bring home fat chicks from the bar.

Heck of deal! Au natural, or enhanced? Either way, it's a good price. I'm sure you'll be making some good meals out of those.

'Juiced' is OK with me, but we are not fancy people. Some claim that it's OK for most cooking methods, but not smoking. Not sure that I've noticed a diff.

Not the first time I’ve gotten this deal, so the product is probably the same. No problems that I can detect. Maybe I should go to a real butcher and see how it compares, except there hasn’t been one around in a very long time.
