I used to go to a Mo Conservation Dept range. After the many things I saw over the years I haven't been back for a while. And it is going to get worse because we are close to deer season. I was helping one year at a conservation dept sight in day and TRYING to help this guy whom I wasn't sure knew where the bullet came out of the barrel. He told me he only takes head shots.I left after I sighted in his gun. I'm not sure he could hit a barn from INSIDE the barn. No more of that for me. I've worked inside a prison for 24 years. Hauled crooks to the ER by myself, but no more SIGHT IN DAYS for me. No more LIBERAL admin types either. I am retired. Go away and get off my porch, get off my lawn! Be Well ;-) RZ.

We have a sporting clays course open to the public at my gun club. Simple safety rules, you load your shotgun on the station. Hard to miss, its painted f#ucking orange. Non-member loads his fancy over and under 25 feet before the station and points it at me as he walks over. I was never in the military but my inner drill instructor voice came out. Dope wont ever do that again.

Went on a 3 day duck hunting trip on public water, 3 of us, buddy brought a coworker who talked a good game but we were quick to find out he didn't know squat. Showed up with a brand new beretta 390. Last day of hunt, I noticed the safety was off while it was laying against a tree. He tried to argue with me that red meant the safety was on. He hunted all 3 days with the gun like that.
