We’ve discussed this about two months ago. Almost certainly the stickers were applied by the folks collaring the bears, while anesthetized.
One should never collar bears while drinking. Either one of them.
The only true cost of having a dog is its death.

Glad they clarified that the bear was "unknowingly" supporting Trump. You know the brain dead lib that wrote that article couldn't help or resist but to put that in.
