You know tikkas have a port eject at an angle with a solid top. The rail lays on the built in dovetail.

I wonder if someone could mill out the base of a rail similar to the talley mod to get a rail lower. Any of you machinists out there looking for a new business venture? There you have it. I simply request a prototype.

I also use the Burris signature ZEE rings but much prefer the Mountain tactical rail

I used the warne rings but the sportsmatch/burris also utilize the dovetail. To each his own but I like being able to use just rings. I had no problems with placement of the scope and none of those rings are going to move.
