With a bias media any debates are just a liberal media circus. No real benefit to the voters and in my opinion a risky proposition for any candidate other than Democrats. And as far as Im concerned thats a legit reason to avoid them. But prior, folks here couldn’t wait to see Biden on stage supposedly getting viscerated by Trump. Seems opinions on that have changed a bit? Not really. Trump had to battle ol dopey joe, the unmoderated moderator, joes modern pharmaceuticals and high tech electronics. High hurdle.

I came in about 8 from the bean field, had a snack, surfed the web a bit, turned it, and went to sleep. What little I saw was the predictable goat rope. Classic Iowa retard. Wouldn't know the Constitution from a roll of schit paper.
Trump being classless, tasteless and clueless as usual. Sorry, trump is a no tax payin pile of shiit. My young wife decided to play the field and had moved several dudes into my house

Oh, come now, Clark. Nothing Wabi said deserved that.
Besides, even if he IS some kind of religious nut, I still hope to get an invite to fish with him in Canada someday. So I have to stick up for the little dweeb.

Is there a thread for people who wish they didn't watch it?
Progressives are the most open minded, tolerant, and inclusive people on the planet, as long as you agree with everything they say, and do exactly as you're told.

I hate debates.
As far as educating the voter, they have been worthless for years. And my mind is already made up.
Also, I cannot stand watching missed opportunities from Trump to blow Biden out of water. I did not watch it but I am sure it happened. Exactly this^^^ I got started packing for my antelope trip and cleaned some shotguns. Shotguns for antelope ?????

Remember why, specifically, the Bill of Rights was written...remember its purpose. It was written to limit the power of government over the individual.

Well, I'm not going to get in the middle of a personal feud, but it seems to me that both of you claim to be religious - you know: that cheek turning thing. So maybe if you practiced what you preach...
Besides, I kinda like both of you.

The biggest single thing to ever come out of a debate was, "Are you better off than you were four years ago"?
These premises insured by a Sheltie in Training ,--- and Cooey.o "May the Good Lord take a likin' to you"

That's all that I have to say about that.

That's all that I have to say about that. All of what you’ve said is true to the core. No one can dispute any of it. But for the debates which were touted as being the most watched in history (?), Trump missed a golden opportunity to squash that puppet turd. Self control. He showed weaknesses in that most important regard. I hope he reviewed the tapes, spotted those areas of weakness and comes out better prepared for the next round of debates.

Old Toot you are right. Time and again, Biden had begun babbling, he was contradicting himself, he was lying, and Trump interrupted him. Then the debate switched to an argument between Wallace and Trump. Trump had to run his big mouth and let Joe off the hook. Trump needs to learn to shut his mouth, and let Biden keep talking and make a fool of himself. Biden is real good at it.
