A cop I work with tried to buy a home in Montana but the seller, learning he was from California, pulled the house from the market.
Too bad, as Eric is slightly right of Atilla the Hun and hates California even more than I do. That’s funny chit right there.

I here Montana and Idaho is turning blue. Stupid [bleep]... You’d think if there was that much disdain for incoming Californians, you’d all simply stop selling your houses to them. But bitching on the Internet is easier than taking that lower bid I suppose... Lower bid? Um...no; we could likley make a real bundle on you simps, but many of us are simply hunkering down and refusing to sell to you scumbags....can't buy what ain't for sale. With monied Californians moving in and easily paying what you consider to be exorbitant prices,,,,,,,better keep a close eye on your property taxes. Ask folks living in the Bozeangeles area.

It's happening all over. We are getting the folks from Illinois who are tired of their government but they have biden signs in their yards too. They just don't get it. Iowa is in balance this year. We are very close to going blue after years of struggling to get out from under the command and control of democrats. Just when things are looking good, the leftist anarchists have resurfaced again.
kwg Give them the talk.. I frequent a lot of Mom & Pop restaurants around me. Many are well known little community hot spots, like Sonny's Steak Hoagies over in Hollywood, not too far from my house. Little place. Been there since the 50's. The same waitresses have been there for 20-25 years. Original owner's son runs the place now, same as the Dad did. Fox News on tv. Guy Fieri did a show on the place. I run into a lot of new folks there moving down to escape the liberal hellholes. If they ask me questions, I'm always glad to answer. BUT, those conversations always come with a sidebar. WELCOME TO FLORIDA. HOPE YOU DO WELL HERE. BUT, DO NOT BRING YOUR LIBERAL SCHITHOLE POLITICS WITH YOU THAT DESTROYED WHERE YOU CAME FROM. The California I live is nothing like the California that you guys constantly post....strange. It's been here for 30+ years.
No jobs, people move to DC or Baltimore.
Make their money, sell the house they bought in a rural area that is
now built up. They paid peanuts, it's worth $3-400k. They move back
here, and drive up real estate to the point the only places locals can afford
are in the towns.
Ironic, leave the country, go to the city, make money, move back.
Not willing to live in town, buy a farmette, causing a real farm to be chopped up.
Drive the real country people into living in town. Now, the outsider liberals own
the properties, and the real residents are cityfolk. Living three blocks from the
white trash welfare recipients.
If I won the lottery, I would be rich enough to buy a farm and live like my
Redneck poor ancestors. Now, because we do a bit better than average,
I live in a nice development. I F'n hate it.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
