My twins' senior year, she and the MHSAA proposed moving football to the spring. There's photos floating around of Calumet's track in the spring when practice started. One lane and 3-4' feet of snow on either side and they (the gov and MHSAA) thought they could play football in the spring in the U.P. "Let Them Play" group formed and we got football back this fall albeit a shortened season. Last edited by bluffview; 10/08/20.
