Big cow.
Thought it's ears were little Antlers at first...

Good shots Antlers..

Paul an addendum to the rule of thirds should be that:

Cycling jerseys, now that's another matter entirely....

Gettin' late here on the Western Front.

Hoping them Eastern Folks post a few pics here tomorrow. Those red maples sometimes outshine some of our quakie pics.

Must have been a fantastic weekend! Cherish every minute you can get with that lovely young lady. My little girl is now 44 and HER two daughters are 14 and 15. They do tend to grow up in the blink of an eye....

No they have it all shut down Coast Guard doesn’t let anyone through anymore pretty sad.

We’d planned to take a quiet walk through the cemetery but changed plans at the last minute and were booking it for the ferry when we went by. It is quite an amazing history the island has.

Never seen so many red squirrels in all my life! I’ve heard the blasck bear density is high and I wouldn’t doubt it we merely walked the perimeter and aside from a couple lightly traveled roads it looked to be very dense vegetation with a lot of cedar swamps on its interior.

We drove down to Escanaba from Munising last night and took the scenic route down a dirt road through Hiawatha NF and it was simply STUNNING the colors.

This is truly the most wonderful time of the year!

Hook & Antlers thanks for the reminder & compliment. She is my youngest and I’ve really been feeling the weight of the speed of time... my oldest is 26, married, and has given us a grandchild so it’s speeding up so much. Realizing just how fortunate I am to have their mother to spend the rest of my life with... “the rest of my life” used to seem like something far off and untouchable but it’s approaching so I’m trying to make the most of all the time she wants to spend with her old man!
