He was positioned as AG to be the Corruption Monitor. His job is to protect the institutions, FBI and DOJ, not bring justice to Justice.
Barr has been handed over a dozen criminal referrals from both congress and the OIG, he has refused to act on any of them.
His plan is to simply delay, delay, delay and deny in hopes that the a Democrats can steal this election. Then this will all go away, Barr can take his reward and go back into retirement.
If President Trump manages to win in spite of all of the election fraud, nothing will change unless both Barr and Wray are fired.
