But every one of 'em were very cool old guys. Few years ago I was talking with an 89 yr. old guy who gave up hunting when he was 85 because all his hunting buddies had died off.

For the most part he just puttered around camp but he put him up a nice stand behind camp where he could watch a nice meadow. Got it pretty much wind proof and covered so he could stay dry. He didn't see an elk but at that age just going to elk camp was impressive. He died in his sleep 3 weeks shy of his 100th birthday. He was a tough old bird. You get out of life what you are willing to accept. If you ain't happy, do something about it!
