Thanks. We did up 40 pounds of burger and 15 pints of canned meat. The rest went into roasts and steaks. About 100-110 pounds total.
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

Depending on your B&C wording, this would be my 5th or 2nd B&C Caribou. Our camp cook requested a neck, and she prepared a neck roast from this guy that was as good a wild game roast as I have ever eaten. This picture is from the B&C Club's 30th Awards Book.
