I like the 10mm socket quip. Don't know where mine is either.

One from the 70's I really like: "10:32 am, found pliers. Ground name off & put in my tool box."

That 10mm socket is probably hiding out with all my missing 1/2" sockets.

There's nothing like fishing a socket wrench out of a pan of 250F oil. I'll admit, though, that I'd never though of using a jack stand for a wheel chock. That's not a bad idea, especially if it's a Harbor Freight brand.

That was some funny but true pics. Love it.

I hot a 3/4" ratchet that my grandfather gave me about 30years ago. Actually he gave me the full 3/4" set. Thing is indestructible. I made a bet with my guys that whatever employee breaks that ratchet ill buy them lunch. After some smack talk they grabbed a b1200 pushback tractor since it need brakes.

What better way to kill a ratchet than to take off 100 lugnuts (25 per wheel) that are torgued to 450ftlbs. I didn't even know we had a cheater bar that was as long as they were using.

Should have made that if they didn't break it, they owe me lunch. Ratchet still works. Half way through they switched to the 1" impact.

I have the nicest collection of 10 mm sockets in Canada. Must be close to a dozen, but they are covered with vanishing fluid.

Where's the cold chisels for cutting off stubborn nuts when you can't find the cutoff wheels for the Dremel?

All my dad ever used for working on cars was his claw hammer and a pair of visegrips. I tried to work on my car at a buddy’s place or while dad was at work to avoid broken off bolts and such...😁
