Don't know how this all works down there but how would the proper ballots have got to all the different states? I was under the impression state handled the production and distribution of ballots themselves,or is that not correct? Yes, the States are to handle their own ballot production and distribution, but.......they are required conform to Federal Law concerning the authenticity of each ballot. In this case they were to have a specific watermark. Many States contracted additional ballots with China which violates Federal Law because it allows foreign interference in elections. Those Governors were warned by Pompeo several months ago about the China interference. The Trump administration knew this had been done and allowed those States to continue in order have it play out in front of the American Public, but actually in front of the whole World. Watch what happens now.

If they have to conform to a Federal standard,then wouldn't they have been well aware of exactly what was required to pass the test of authenticity? It seems unlikely that they would have contracted with China for fake ballots if they knew they would be scrutinized.

IF....I understand it correctly, the Federal watermark or the chemical portion of the watermark was changed by the Fed. Many Governors who are pretty much owned by the CCP did catch the fact that watermark had changed. They used the legal ballots but had illegal (china made) in the wings to thrown in with the legal ballots. I believe it is one of the reasons there are more votes in States than registered voters. The average percentage of voters per State is around 86%, but when you do the math, they are having a 101%+ voters in many States.
