How does this work? Does the DOJ take the lead and start the proceedings? Does the FBI, CIA start ? Who Identifies what of their holdings is taken.

Any action legally has be performed through the DOJ. That doesn't give me warm fuzzies. We have known what criminal actions, sedition, and who has done it for a long time. The problem is, they are swept under the rug. Nothing is done. I don't see that changing.

I have said for 2 years the govt can confiscate Facebook, cnn, etc for consorting with the enemy in a time of war and in a state of declared national Emergency. Trying to overthrow a Fed election is same as overthrowing the US Constitution.
On.top of that, on 4, 10, 20, DJT day and Good Driday Wyoming became the 50th and last state to declare it was in a state of Emergency. This has never happened before and gives Trump essentially dictatorial powers.
I wouldn't schiett use guys.
