This may be a little reductionist, but as difficult as handguns are to find at this point in history, one is pretty much required to take what he can find. As far as the Security 9 vs an SR9, I really do like the SR9's. Though they are difficult to find, enough were produced that one should be able to do a WTB for a Ruger SR9. Might work for a Security 9 as well. I have no intention of getting rid of my SR9 and my son decided my Security 9 fit his hand better than mine. But we do keep them in the family.
