Translation: All the spec ops teams from CIA, FBI, DEA, DHS, etc now report directly to the DOD instead of using the traditional chain of command bypassing the deepstate agents. Any speculation as to why the DOJ would do that? Yes. He was arrested for "drug trafficking and money laundering" back in Oct. 2015. Who Pres. in 2015 and what has that bunch been doing under our noses all this time? Drug Trafficking, money laundering, and human trafficking. What you are going to find out is Defense Minister Salvador Cienfuegos was uncovering what Obama and his band of merrymen were doing. They projected onto Defense Minister Salvador Cienfuegos what they themselves was doing. In other words, they shut him up by putting him in prison. Now he's talking and laying it all out for the DOJ.
