What kind of balls and clubs does your BIL prefer? If he's waiting in line to get a tee time he's a broke dick loser. That describes all golfers I believe. I have no interest in golf and haven't a clue what he uses. He did work for Callahan a long time ago though, research and development stuff. Before that he was in the aerospace industry and has five patents on his name for new polymers................so not really a loser.

Do you play on undesirable courses, where it's easy to get a tee time?
Or do you "know people"?
In SD county it's not unheard of to have to make reservations a ways ahead of when you plan to play.
Might be one of the multitude of reasons I never wanted to take up the game.
