I put suppressor height sights on my Glock 19, now it won’t fit any of my holsters - any suggestions?

I'm using an IWB from Comp-Tac. The MTAC model. Looks like it has lots of room for tall sights designed in. Very comfortable holster too.

I have several Comp-Tac products, including OWB and IWB holsters, and have been very pleased with them.
