What People are Missing About "The Plan"
The criminal cabal is a threat to national security, both for the USA and for other countries around the world.
This takes the investigation and prosecution out of the hands of the DOJ/FBI, and places it into the hands of the Department of Defense. This is an act of war, as well as an act of treason.
AG Sessions brought Ezra Cohen-Watnick into the DOJ. My guess is that he was put there to coordinate between the DOD and the DOJ. He has the security clearance and the trust of Gen. Flynn to do the job.
AG Barr was given full authority to declas by POTUS. In order for Watnick to to do the proper coordination, he had to gain access to classified info that was held by the deep state infiltrators within various agencies of the civilian side of government. Barr's power to declas allowed him to get whatever Watnick needed. Watnick then coordinated intel from the civilian side with intel from the military side. There is no other explanation for why a military intel guy would be working at the DOJ.
Now, Watnick is back at the DOD.
AG Barr is keeping the mostly corrupt DOJ out of the election fraud because it is not just an election investigation. It is a national security investigation. DOJ is not in control. DOD is. That is why Trump waited until after the election rigging to change the power structure at the DOD. The criminals went ahead with their crimes, assuming they were protected on all fronts. Then, Trump dropped the EO and the changes at the DOD.

Those companies, though remaining ostensibly private and civilian, directly support the PRC’s military, intelligence, and security apparatuses and aid in their development and modernization.

It is being played out in front of us, but people are missing the big picture because they are focused on the "normal" way things are done -- for routine crimes, not for crimes of national security.
