I get annoyed with our people, they call for us way too early. Ya end up sitting around or get conned onto helping. Then when all is finally done, I’m beyond hungry and into the pukey phase
I’ve noticed when you have a hand in preparing it, you really dont feel like eating it.
Watched my wife’s grandmother do that for years. Frail woman, slave over all those fixins and then just sit on a stool and get drinks for everyone while they chowed like farm hands.
