Possible new state record for West Virginia I'm told. Taken yesterday.

I’m betting it’s either from one of the four bow-only counties, or one nearby like Raleigh. Saw one from Raleigh in the back of a truck about 20 years ago at a convenience store that was just a beast.

Woo! What a whopper of a whitetail. Would love to hunt them deer someday.

My goodness that's a beast.
Is there any row crop farming in West Virginia?

Regardless of size, some antlers are just configured in more pleasing ways (to me, at least) than others. This one is perfection! I love the long tines.

No row crop farming.

It came out of Wyoming County. Bow hunting only.

Wow, great buck. Congrats to the hunter.

Ha! Thought so. That area is a pretty well-kept secret.

That is a damn nice buck... I've seen some like that in Greenbrier and Monroe Counties...
