Yes, yes it would be.
In admin forum tools, an admin can "become" a member.
They can also access your PM's.
Not that Rick does, or would, but maybe extenuating circumstances in Crossfire;s case where PM's may have been needed to be retrieved, thus giving the recent log in.
Question is, why ISRO, just out of the blue notices that and creates a thread about it.
