We thought “11.3” was a date, three years ago; turns out it’s the date of the election, this year of perfect vision, 2020, when time stops changing. Also, the 11th letter is K and 3rd letter is C, so could be a reference to Kevin Clinesmith. And Bill and Ted’s 3rd movie just came out; in the first, “Strange things are afoot at the Circle K” which, via “think mirror”, is an 11.3 reference as well.

That’s a reference to Genesis 3:22 about being like gods; and also, the CFR uses it (Council on Foreign Relations, i.e., globalists/internationalists). Goes on to show Gates being evil.
