For my daughter, I am making a spalted white oak 2 inch slab coffee table with a fairly large resin inlay. It has a 2nd shelf under it that is 1 inch quarter sawn white oak from the same tree..

This cutlass is going to be under someone's tree on Christmas. It has a forged 1095 blade, forged iron guard and bone handle. The blade is a design from a late 1700's sword in my collection. It is flat ground with no fuller and a false edge at the point.
