Good, maybe, but if I had to guess, and I do, those machine have already been wiped, cleaned, hacked, or destroyed. “they” new this was coming, they sure as hell didn’t leave the evidence just sitting around waiting to be found. In other words, Too Late.

Case was thrown out not on it's merits, but because the judge could not find where the authority existed for the judge to overturn the results.
Said nothing about the evidence.
SCOTUS..... So who or what does have the authority to right this wrong? The answer is right there. I thought this was a Military Operation?

In other words, Too Late. Might be too late. A forensic investigation can be pretty sophisticated. It's not simply a global search. Unless a forensic level bit cleansing occurs things can be found. Also, there are logs outside of the machine that can be forensically analyzed. It all depends on the competence of both the investigator and the person trying to hide evidence.
