He doesn't need the DNI to execute the EO. Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security. As a noun “conclusion” has several meanings, one is “The End” The election ended on 11/3. 45 days after that is 12/18, which is the date Ratcliffe originally said he would release his report. As a noun “conclusion” could also mean result or final decision , which has not happened yet. Which definition do you believe President Trump meant when he stated The Conclusion of the election in his EO. I believe it is the former . 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 According to a source close to the White House Admin @realDonaldTrump @POTUS has ordered most of his WH staff to leave DC area and clear out. Something big is about to go down in DC. ...or President Trump is just sending them home for the holidays.

175K indictments ready, military off both coasts, more flights overhead, tribunals manned & in place, Barr gone, can be a witness after the 23rd...............................

I'm not thinking I know didly about anything that's ACTUALLY going on. Next day of interest for me is Jan 6 and until then I'm just watching and praying.
And waging information war on the digital battlefield. KEK
We Montanans are generally not too worried, are we? Most in my circle are ready for hard times too, not because we're paranoid, but because it just makes sense. Just the kind of fold we are. Also quick to lend a hand to those needing it. It's one of the big reasons I live here 3 miles South of Heaven:)
