I got one of these burger press/spatula combos for my Blackstone. It's a bit heavy, but all in all I think it will work great. Wife got a manual citrus press as a stockting stuffer. The big bright colored enameled ones you see on the cooking shows. Worked on hard last night...

Got an Instapot !
Was a little leary, but performed perfectly on a pork shoulder roast & did a great job on the deer shanks in 4 hours !!

So the secret for deer shanks is 4 hours in the instant pot? I'll have to try it. 4 hours is a long time. I got an instant pot a year ago and use it more than I would have imagined. Pot roast, rice, stir fry(?) beef with broccoli, and creme brulee are some of my favorites. I got a small folding cutting board for xmas and have to say I like it a lot.

Was a little leary, but performed perfectly on a pork shoulder roast & did a great job on the deer shanks in 4 hours !! The instant pot is definitely a favorite in our kitchen. Made a Mississippi pot roast last night that was excellent.

i hate single purpose machines, preferring ones that do a few different things. I have a crock pot that doubles as a deep fryer. The outboard motor I have also has a mini-food processor style container to connect to, works great.

I stopped buying gadgets after the George Foreman Grill and the Hot Dogger. I figure that covers my needs.

One of the best gifts I got twenty five years ago was a very high quality stainless stirring spoon , spatula and ladle set. They are well built. I think you could use them as a pry bar if needed.
