I've killed 28 Sitka Blacktail deer with the 458 Winchester . all with full power loadsor 1 sort or other.
Just DONT hit any bone bigger than a rib and you can eat right up to the small bullet hole.
Hit a big bone and you can eat right up to the bullet hole. But it's a WHOLE LOT BIGGER .
It like, not much stands in the way of the 458.
