Snow Hawk Distributers in Eagle River has quite a bit of powders and primers. Reasonable prices to RL 26 $30 CCI 200 primers $33
I have everything but RL 16 to hold me have Xtra H4350 and others open to trades for RL 16.

Kurt, Glad you found some rl16.
Not only does it flat out spank any other powder for temp stability, but it is the cleanest burning powder I've ever used.
After 80 rounds through my 338 rcm, the dmn bore looks like it has been brushed with bore cleaner. Thought I was loosing my mind, that maybe I had cleaned the rifle and forgot.
No notable powder residue.
It is not too dense, but compressed very well.
From below zero on the trail, to thawing out near the woodstove at 80 degrees, rl16 will not loose or change velocity.
I'm looking forward to trying it in the 416 ruger and the 9.3x62 mauser as well.
I have about 3 lbs left which is nothing.
I hope you try it out in your 280 AI and 338 rcm as well.

I need to pick up some of that RL16 foe the 338RCM as well. Just picked up about 80-90 lbs of various powders and 100 lbs of Hornady, Barnes, Nosler, and Speer bullets and primers.
It will last me plenty of years. Got lucky and found what i needed and am set like a fat kid in a corvette. I cant find anything on the shelves in N. Idaho at the moment.

Glad you got the RL16, I’ve got to get over and see about the H4350 you gave me a heads up on.

We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Or come see me think I have plenty. I went to Snowhawk yesterday and got primers. He was out of H4350 and said it’s backordered. I am on a list at Arctic Ammo though. I’ve got a little for now, but if I get too short I may see how much you have and if you can spare a pound.

Boondocks in Eagle River has some RL-16. They want $45 a pound for it, but they *do* have some.
Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.

Pard called me to say he'd just seen a jug of Ramshot Big Game on sale at Lester Bruno's place in North Phoenix. I hung up the phone while walking, and drove 70 mph for 45 miles to grab some. He was right -- scored an 8 pounder. Yellow Freight was there making an actual delivery on powder, and guys were lined up behind the tractor trailer it like kids behind an ice cream van.

Not headed to Anchorage anytime soon and the SW in the valley had lots or primer and powder last Thursday the gun counter guy told me. He said primers were gone in under 2 hours. I did get 200 rounds of 9mm and 300 rounds of 5.56 there this morning. Son woke up and we went back in between painting and he got two boxes of 9mm and I got some 6.5 Creedmoor dies that were not there earlier.

Ammo, powder, primers, brass, etc. is as cheap as we will ever see it. The bunch that just got elected will tax the crap out of it from here on out. The phrase "conserve your ammo" will take on a real meaning soon.

It’s coming in, just not the ones I need.
