If DC was getting ready for a war, they wouldn't have reservists and NG troops.
No offense to those Patriots but when it comes to fighting an overwhelming force ....they don't have it in them. The vast majority are in the Reserves and NG for the pacheck and benefits.
NG? Think outer perimeter presence. Reports of Marines have also been activated to DC and the likelihood of SF either imbedded or in secured points.

Estimates are now 30K troops to be stationed in DC and around the capitol by Jan 20.
Possible scenarios:
1) To keep the bad guys / elected traitors in (think Gitmo North).
2) To keep the bad guys / antifa / blm / etc. out - if a Biden inauguration or swearing in doesn't materialize.
3) To keep the good guys / patriots out - if a Biden inauguration and transition goes as planned.
Based on the fact that Trump, as CiC, has declared DC as in a State of Emergency, authorized the troop build-up, brought in FEMA, etc.
What do you think is the least likely possibility for his actions?
