Anyone recommend a decent can for 5.56/223 for AR platform? Looking at dead air nomad and TBAC 556 takedown or other?

I have been very happy with my sandman Ti, sandman s and omega 30

Tried the different end caps( 5.56 vs 30 cal). I nor anyone around could tell any difference between them for what it’s worth.

Take the leap and get one!!

I looked at Banish, need to research it more to see what they offer over others.

Pard has a banish ( 6.5 I believe) It’s a nice light can.

You will use it for more than 223. I assure you of that. So I’d go 30 cal.

And go ahead and buy a rimfire can. Trust me on that one. Or ask huntsman. I’m sure he would agree

The DA Nomads are solid suppressors. Wouldn’t go the Ti route if you’re planning on high volume shooting. Modularity, KeyMo compatible is a huge plus...

Thunderbeast is always GTG, but if I’m spending money on a suppressor and enduring the wait time I’m buying something that has the flexibility to be used on anything I own.

SureFire’s offerings are proven for hard, hard use as well.

YMH Turbo and never take it off.

Buy one for each AR that needs one.

I have been using my Sandman Ti on an 11.5" AR pistol and it works well, but as soon as my YHM Turbo T2 gets out of jail it will be the dedicated AR can. The Sandman, even with Ti construction, threw off the balance of the AR. The T2 is a few inches shorter and a few ounces lighter, so hopefully it will be a more balanced option.

Glad to hear that you like it, picked it up last Saturday seems to be well made Looking forward to getting some rounds out of it.

It's not light, but other than that, it's all positives for me.

Going back and forth. The TBAC can be put on a 7.5 barrel. Cant find much on reviews for it. I know the company is solid. DeadAir and YHM are rated highly from what I'm reading.

I like my dead air sandman s and have a sandman k both are good suppressors. Also have a yhm titanium 30 cal. that I bought before dead air was in business that is also a good can. And yes you need more than one rimfire can!
