Something is afoot. The whole Biden inauguration just didn't seem real to me, more of an illusion than reality. And to it at 11:48 seemed so out of sync.
I believe that under the Constitution for the United States of America the inauguration date is March 4th.
Jan. 20th for the Constitution of the United States of America.
Might be something there.
