Just an FYI, three jalepenos unseeded makes me want a bit more. So I've settled on leaving one pepper uncleaned seeds and all and the other two unseeded. Of course pepper dependent and your heat tolerances. Cilantro goes in stems and all.

Thanks for info.

Wannabe what is Cobb salad?

It’s a standard lettuce salad (and other veggies) with meat and sliced boiled eggs added. Meat is usually chicken, bacon and/or ham.

Often listed as a lunch item.

Thanks for the explanation, I have never heard it called that. Around here it would be called a chef salad.

I'd be interested in that Aji Verde recipe, if you have one.

I just found a recipe online.

1/2 cup mayo
1 bunch of Cilantro, trimmed of big stems
2 garlic cloves
Healthy shake of salt
2 jalapeños, cleaned of ribs and seeds
Juice from one lime
1/3 cup grated parmesan or manchego cheese

Put in food processor.

I agree with Greg's statement that leaving one jalapeño hot (with ribs and seeds) is a good idea. As above, it wasn't spicy at all. It was my first time making it, and thought I'd go easy.

I did almost the same thing but I went maybe a quarter cup of mayo, 3 peppers, 4 cloves, and 2 tablespoons avocado oil rather than the cheese. I preferred it with no cheese believe it or not....

Really good too with a pinch of mint leave which is the traditional way to make it...

Fun to play with...

Very similar to my cilantro cream sauce. I'm betting the jalapenos are a nice little kick.
