Cool mount ribka. Anymore pics? Is that your Washington bull? Thanks
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, Iβd rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

No the feeling about finding a place. Nice job and awesome elk.

Nice one. I always involve the resident interior decorator (wife) in the correct placement.

I took a quick pic and disassembled iit ( antlers, body pedestal) moved to storage with rest of my stuff. Hopefully start building new home soon when weather is better in spring. side pic. Backs are a bit weak, mass was pretty good. Really old big bodied bull. Not fun packing it out lol. Think was regressing. Rough scored in 340's according to taxidermist Not the biggest horn guy though He was screaming and destroying a tree when I shot him from below. Taxi suggested the pedestal with a tree. Turned out pretty good

That turned out really nice with that sapling in there. This was the tree he was rubbing. My buddy was about about 600 to 800 yards away bugling and hitting antlers together , this bull screaming in return and tearing up this tree while I put the sneak on.Can see bull in the background. Didn't run too far thank God.

Thats a nice bull and a nice mount. I like the pedestal mounts myself. I was fortunate to draw a muzzle season tag in Colorado and got a bull and drew a cow tag here in Michigan for later the same year. I mounted both together on a pedestal. I don't think they take up as much room as a wall mount.

I like the mounted one-antlered whitetail in the first pic on the wall.
I would bet money that that is some kid's first deer kill.
I mounted both of my boys' first deer kills even though they looked like antelope horns.

I don't think they take up as much room as a wall mount. I wasn't too keen on pedestal at first but have run out of wall space. Changed my mind on pedestal mounts and on wheels and at floor level much easier clean and move. I have a few antelope lope and mulie euros think do another pedestal . Congrats on your elk! That MI tag is a rare draw
