He's book smart, but annoying. He overthinks, over calculates and is SLOW. He also whines alot trying to bend rules, like the red ant scenario where he wanted relief cause he was near an ant hill.
His calculations are ridiculous, but it does make him comfortable and confident on the shot, which is important, just do it faster man!
His out of the box thinking is interesting though, all clubs the same length to keep the same swing.

Yesterday was my first day of league play. I did not play great but I did OK and had a couple birdies. We only play nine holes.
Golfing with people I don't know really makes me golf better and I much prefer it to golfing with friends.
One of my birdies was on a dogleg par 4 out of a pretty deep bunker. I could see the top of the pin and that was it. Just enough spin to slow it down and as I climbed out onto the grass "plunk." Definitely won shot of the day.
Goalie sent me a new Driver and it continues to amaze. Only had to use it once yesterday but it was long, straight, and put me right in the middle of the fairway.
I somehow managed to fugk up my right side. Rib area. Not sure what I did but it is agonizing to swing right now so I'm only showing up on Saturdays.

I've never had one. 😥 I holed out for eagle on a par 4 from almost 200 out, but I think I shot over 100 that day, so it was like getting a hand job at prom......

Very nice course to make an ass of yourself. I'm blessed with knowing my sport was hockey. I don't suck at golf, but I know I'll never get anywhere near as good as I was between the pipes. It allows one to focus on the important things, like cigars and cart girl asses, and maintain serenity when shooting a 41/51.... 😆 But, seriously, I have a lake place on Big Pine by Perham. I'm in for next summer!
