If you put food out and bears come and eat it then you are feeding bears. Seems pretty straight forward to me.
Especially if they can document those bears eating her grain on multiple occasions. I’d be pissed if I lived in that neighborhood. It’s bad enough all the dumbasses that feed cats around me. Can’t imagine having to deal with people feeding bears.

Yeah they just put out a trap, catch the bear, and take it out in the woods and shoot it now... away from prying eyes.
I think they release them in very remote areas once.
But statistics show it doesn't work over 75% of the time, and the bears that continue to come back to town are put down.

For all the cotton I plant here at the ranch. Temik takes care of all sorts of problems. Birds eating seeds , coyotes , careless applicators , neighbors dogs that bark all night. I’m positive some on the moose feed would clear up that situation too... It’s a shame you can’t buy it anymore.
